Sign in with Apple, grant HealthKit access, and set up a payment method. No upfront cost — only daily adjustments if your sleep drops below the threshold.

Wear your Apple Watch to bed

We read sleep duration, stages, and interruptions from Apple Health and compute a nightly League Sleep Index (LSI) score from 0–100.

Earn or contribute, daily

Score 90+? Share the wellness pool. Score under 85? Contribute $10 to it. After 30 days, dividends are paid out as Amazon Gift Cards.

What happens after each night?

Your LSI score for the night puts you in one of three buckets. Most people land in Good or Fair when they wear their watch consistently.

Is this gambling?
No. Sleep to Earn is a wellness incentive program — there's no betting, no chance, no prize draw. Outcomes are entirely determined by your own measurable sleep quality. Daily adjustments are wellness fees, not stakes.
What if I miss a night of tracking?
Each 30-day cycle includes 2 grace nights — missing data is forgiven. Starting from the 3rd missing night, the day is treated as Poor Sleep.
When do I get paid?
Dividends accumulate across the full 30-day cycle. After Day 30, your earnings are issued as an Amazon Gift Card you can redeem inside the app.
Is there an upfront cost?
No. You set up a payment method, but you're only charged $10 on individual nights when your LSI score falls below 85. If you sleep well every night, you'll only ever earn — never pay.
What sleep data do you read?
Only sleep analysis from Apple Health: duration, stages, and interruptions. We never access heart rate, workouts, medications, or any other health data.
Can I cancel mid-cycle?
Once enrolled, the 30-day commitment stands. Signing out of the app doesn't cancel the program — it resumes when you sign back in. Accumulated dividends are paid only after the full cycle completes.
Who is this for?
Adults (18+) who own an Apple Watch and want a structured incentive to improve their sleep consistency. If you already wear your watch to bed most nights, you're a good fit.
